Before Sunday's AFC Championship game between the Patriots and Ravens, Aerosmith lead singer and current 'American Idol' judge Steven Tyler sang the National Anthem. As fellow Y! blogger Maggie Hendricks said, using the word sing or any of its variations may be an overstatement.
